And Cary Kolat's team has a great one in Stiletto.

In fact, Kolat and Stiletto have joined together to help push the renowned wrestler's team to become an elite amateur wresting club.

Kolat heads his own wrestling team that helps young kids develop their skills and hone their abilities in pursuit of excellence.

While forging a reputation from the youth leagues to the world stage, Kolat became one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.

Cary's passion for wrestling is unquestioned. His quest for excellence is his trademark. His desire to be the best is what kept him motivated through all the difficult practices, conditioning and workout sessions as a boy, to a varsity wrestler at Jefferson-Morgan High School to a collegiate at Penn State and Lock Haven and, ultimately, as an Olympian, representing the United States of America in Sydney in 2000.

A few years ago, Kolat was deemed one of the greatest high school wrestlers of all time and recently  was selected as the best high school wrestler in the nation in the past 20 years by a scholastic wrestling writer and analyst.

As a schoolboy, he placed at the prestigious Midlands Open as a sophomore and as a junior, back when the tournament was as tough as the NCAA's.

He even placed at the U.S. Open as a schoolboy and as a high school junior easily defeated an NCAA champion in an open tournament. In fact, as a schoolboy wrestler, he knocked off three NCAA champions.

The world stage has been cruel to Kolat, yet, he managed to forge a worldwide reputation as well. He participated in 13 international tournaments for the United States. He was a three-time U.S. Open champion, three-time World Cup gold medalist, a two-time Pan-American gold medalist, a 1998 World bronze medalist, 1998 Goodwill Games gold medalist, a 1987 World silver medalist and a 1989 Cadet World champion.

Kolat remains focused not only on making kids better wrestlers but also better individuals. His camps are affordable and are based on size to ensure intense individualized attention. The camps feature outstanding and accomplished clinicians and offer different levels to make sure each wrestler gets the most out of the experience.

In his quest to help make as many young wrestlers as good as they can be, Kolat has become a great partner himself.
